Experience something that is a world apart from the normal
My wife and I are in our mid seventies and over our lifetime we have had about twenty moves of home, but that certainly does not mean that we are now experts.

We saw the property we eventually purchased, on-line. I contacted the agency, which named James as the agent for further information. Well, that started the ball rolling.
We had a delayed purchase settlement as we had already sold our home and moved from the Sunshine Coast, but we were unable to settle on our new purchase for a further 7 weeks, as the owner had other commitments with the property. We were pretty upset about the delay.
Well, James and Monique arranged accommodation for us for the 7 weeks until our settlement, they provided us with flowers and a beautiful gift, then followed up almost every second day to ensure we were comfortable, had no problems, and also to keep us informed of any changes to our matters which might reduce the days to our settlement date. Not only that, but they provided such amazing information to us about a whole range of matters including local tourist places, shopping locations, beautiful restaurants, assistance with local businesses we might require, etc, etc.
To sum up, my wife and I were really concerned about the entire range of issues related to our late in life move, leaving lifelong friends and family, and I say that both James and Monique provided to us, in perhaps the certainly most worrying property move of our lives, the most magnificent service which really did set our minds at ease. Their offers to contact them at the slightest concern we might have had, allowed us to relax a lot more, and even enjoy the move.
